The aluminum raster pallets with threaded holes are perfect for holding and positioning three dimensional workpieces for tctile and optical measurements.

All pallets can be used with the basic plastic clamping system and systems provided by Carl Zeiss Fixture Systems. A special plate at the bottom of the pallets prevents damage of the glass plate on the O-INSPECT moving table.
